80cc6fda55 Update for v2, fixes post v1 manufacture
* Connect input header CV/GATE rails to the bus, this makes it possible
  to chain boards into the same bus using the existing headers on the
  output header.
* Move the via's for the +12V rail to the tile power connections so it
  doesn't cross most of the GND signal path on the top ground plane.

a11033bff6 Add CV and GATE link jumpers
Support optionally linking the CV and GATE buses of multiple chained
power bus boards.

ac6fd02bb5 Reduce number of tile headers & add LEDs
Remove one of the tile power headers then move the remaining ones to
interleave with the Eurorack power headers, this simplifies the +/-12V
routing.

Add indicator LEDs for the +/-12V and +5V rails.

1d6247b796 Rotate layout 90 degrees to fit in EAGLE limits
The routing is much simpler since now all the shrouded Molex connectors
are aligned on the same axis.

9f268e3afb Add schematic & board for 5 modules & 5 tiles
Power distribution for 5 shrouded Eurorack power headers and 5 1u tile
power solder points. Layout is left to right, this may not be the most
optimal orientation.
