Don't trust apt_repository: anymore
Still having issues with 1password on Debian based distros due to mismatching `signed-by` keyring. It appears as if `apt_repository:` is changing the `signed-by` path even though it was explicitly specified in the `repo:` setting. Instead switch to using `copy:` for complete control over the `/etc/apt/sources.list.d/1password.list` file.
